She did not release it to the media agencies, rather she released it to social media only
The savvy Princess Catherine has released a sweet photo of her baby boy Prince Louis on his 6th birthday.
She took the photo, as she always does of her family, but only released it on her and William’s social media accounts.
This was cleverly done to circumvent any ‘fake photo‘ or ‘this photo has been edited‘ or ‘this photo does not meet our editorial standards‘ shenanigans by the press agencies, like Getty and AP. It was done this way to stop the massive abuse Catherine received when she released other photos to the press agencies, where they claimed the photos were hugely edited, when they were not (they only had very minor edits done, just like other photos of any celebrity).
In the social media posts, Catherine and William thanked everyone for all the kind wishes for their baby son Louis.
Many royal fan were already wishing Prince Louis a happy birthday way before Catherine released this photo. Maybe they were waiting to hear from fans to gauge the interest people had in seeing a photo of Prince Louis before they released it.
The things that are going to happen is Catherine’s detractors and enemies will be putting this photo in AI detection software to forensically detect any editing manipulation. It looks very candid and natural. It’s clear Catherine made him hide his fingers so the detractors would not be able to find fault with his fingers, like they have done with the mother’s day photo she released. The abuse was wildly inappropriate and so excessive, it went beyond.
So who can blame Catherine for protecting her child but also giving her fans what they want – the birthday photo of her children, she releases every year. The only difference this year is that she will not provide it to the photo agency, thus cutting a source of income for them. Way to go Catherine. You are so clever and we applaud you! Keep going. Your fans love it and everyone can go away.
