He’s been indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and countless other charges
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested on 16 September and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and other charges.
He was taken to jail, where he’s currently languishing. His lawyer tried to get him released on bail, offering a $50 million bail but the judge refused.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
His lawyer told People magazine: “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person but he is not a criminal.”
His lawyer also denied the charges and said he and Combs would “fight like hell” to free the Bad Boy Records founder.
“He’s going to fight this with all of his energy and all of his might and the full confidence of his lawyers, and I expect a long battle with a good result for Mr. Combs”.
The FBI and other law authorities have been investigating Combs for a year. They raided his homes in March this year. There’s also multiple lawsuits against him alleging rape and sexual abuse.
This is what Combs has been charged with:
- Racketeering
- Sex trafficking
- Transportation to engage in prostitution
According to People:
The indictment alleged that he ran a criminal group that carefully organised what Combs referred to as “freak offs”. Members of his staff allegedly planned events from start to finish in which Combs manipulated women to join him in fuelled orgies with male prostitutes, and filmed them to silence the victims after.
Planning the freak offs allegedly included arranging travel for the women and sex workers and supplying drugs such as cocaine, methamphetamine and oxycodone to coerse partygoers into sex. Combs’ staff would make sure to book and stock hotel rooms with the necessary supplies and would clean the room afterwards, while also resupplying Combs and delivering cash to the sex workers, the indictment claims.
Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy

Cassie alleges in her lawsuit that she was forced to participate in the “freak offs”. Cassie accused Diddy of rape, sex trafficking and domestic violence in her lawsuit against him. She was with him for 10 years. In a statement, a lawyer for Diddy called Cassie’s claims “offensive and outrageous”. See how lawyers easily lie for their clients?
Cassie said she was stuck in a decade of abuse, violence and sex trafficking.
“After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” she said in a statement. “With the expiration of New York’s Adult Survivors Act fast approaching, it became clear that this was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life.”
Diddy wasn’t sorry. He was only sorry this was caught on film and provided to the media. Diddy initially denied everything she said. But when the video came out, he could no longer deny facts and then claimed he was sorry. That was a speech written by his lawyer and he didn’t mean a word of it.
The “freak offs” explained
According to People:
The “freak offs” began when Combs allegedly lured a woman in under the pretense of a romantic relationship and used “force, threats of force and coercion” to make her participate. He would organise and direct the “freak offs” and record them to masturbate to often without the woman’s knowledge or consent. Drugs were allegedly distributed to reinforce compliance.
After a “freak offs” ended — and they could last a number of day — Combs’ team distributed IV fluids for participating members to recover from the physical exertion and drug use. As evidence of these parties, prosecutors said that authorities found “freak off supplies” including drugs and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, when Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided in March 2024.
Physical abuse allegations
Combs is also being accused of physical abuse.
Combs’ history of physical abuse dates back to at least 2009 and he has abused many women, “striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at and kicking them”.
Allegedly Combs physical abuse of women was witnessed by multiple members of his staff. He sometimes hit women so hard, they were so badly bruised, they didn’t show up in public until they healed.
Suicide watch
Combs is currently on suicide watch. Same thing with Epstein. And Epstein mysteriously killed himself. That’s probably going to happen to Diddy. There is no way his famous party patrons want their fetishes and kinks out in the public domain.
