Blake is trying to get so much personal information from content creators who were & are critical of her
The subpoenas went to content creators through her lawyers Michael Gottlieb and Esra Hudson. This affected content creators on X (formerly Twitter), YouTube and Tiktok.
The subpoenas are incredibly intrusive, infringe on people’s rights, abuse of power and are an absolute over-reach.
Blake Lively is trying to prove content creators were paid to malign her online. But that was never the case. And so far, there has been no evidence of this happening.
One of these content creators (McKenzie Folks) had just one subscriber on YouTube. It’s ludicrous to suggest someone with just one subscriber would have been paid to post malicious anti-Blake content.
Even Variety has this article Blake Lively Subpoenas Her Online Critics — Is It Fact-Finding or Intimidation? While the article doesn’t specifically state Lively is intimidating content creators, it does have some scathing comments about Lively. One of the quotes in the article states:
Gregory Doll, a Los Angeles attorney who has been following the case, says it is “foolhardy” to go after creators. Many of them have already turned the subpoenas into content — using them to build up their followings and their authority on the case.
“I think she is trying to kill a fly with a sledgehammer,” Doll says. “It’s an absolute PR backfire in a profound sense.”
The Google subpoenas seek account information for 16 YouTube content creators, including:
- names
- emails
- IP addresses
- physical addresses
- bank account numbers
- credit card numbers
Requesting this information is absolutely intrusive and aimed to intimidate content creators, most with no legal means to fight it.
Some of the YouTube content creators subpoenaed are:
- Lauren Neidigh | The Court of Random Opinion
- Ashley Briana Eve
- Katie Joy Paulson | Without a Crystal Ball
- Andy Signore | Popcorn Planet
- Kjersti Flaa | Flaawsome Talk
- Kassidy O’Connell
- Kenz | Existing to Thrive
- Astrology with Janessa
- Sweet and Salty Lin
- Kristi Cook | Spill Sesh
- Bopping | boppingyt
- FameKeFasaane | FameKeFasaane
Some of the X (formerly Twitter) content content creators subpoenaed are:
Tiktok creators who were served subpoenas:
There are 7 of them on Tiktok.
Other major content creators who were served directly:
- Candace Owens
- Perez Hilton
- Andy Signore of Popcorned Planet (double-subpoenaed, both directly and through Google)
There are other pro-Baldoni content creators who are yet to be served. They are – Zack Peter, Colonel Kurtz, Dana Bowling, Dave Neal, Be Better Bohemian, Diva Elsrich, Cool Mom Jamie , Melanie King, The Bushbirds).
The Daily has an article entitled Blake Lively Attacks Mostly Female Content Creators with Trump-like Subpoenas, written by a feminist. She is very critical of Blake Lively and her subpoena demands. The Tiktok subpoena is particularly invasive and aimed at silencing creators. Look at the information this subpoena is attempting to get from people.

The article author also states:
The Internet didn’t like how Blake Lively promoted a movie she starred in, which was based on a book that went viral on BookTok titled It Ends With Us. The movie and book are about domestic violence, but Lively chose to use the promotion to push her alcohol brand and hair care products, while being sarcastic and snarky when asked about the audience who has experienced DV and might want to share their thoughts with her.
Fans were very unhappy.
And also this in the article:
So the Internet dug into her past, finding things like her “super top secret” wedding on a slave plantation, her attempt to create a lifestyle brand and e-commerce website called “Preserve” — for which was penned a piece about the “Allure of Antebellum” (pre-Civil War south) — that was hit with “toxic workplace” claims by former employees “that resulted in legal threats, burnout, and six-figure settlements.”
There is so much more that the article talks about.
Now Blake’s publicist is trying to claim this is a normal part of discovery to ascertain if these people were paid by Baldoni’s team to smear her name online. But so far, there is no suggestion of that happening. Blake Lively doesn’t seem to realise people organically don’t like her and don’t believe her.
These subpoenas are baseless and should never have been served. Blake and her lawyers are using legal means to threaten and silence people who are critical of her.
What do you think?
