First the book was delayed, now there’s no tour to promote it

Rebel Wilson has had to cancel her book tour in Australia due to delays in getting her book released here. Her book tour was scheduled to start in Brisvegas on 12 May but now has been cancelled. Everyone who purchased a ticket can get their money back. I wonder if that includes the booking fee?

Rebel said the reason for the cancellation of her Australian book tour was due to ‘scheduling conflicts’.

She will instead be going to the UK to do a smaller book tour.

She’s made an allegation against Sacha Baron Cohen in her book Rebel Rising, alleging that during filing The Brothers Grimsby in 2016, he asked her to stick her finger up his bottom. This sexual act was not scripted in the sex scene they were filming but she alleges he asked her to do and it made her feel really uncomfortable. Sacha’s representatives have strenuously denied these claims, calling them “demonstrably false”.

Sacha and his wife recently announced their divorce after being together over 20 years. Coincidence?

I really don’t know what to believe. Rebel seems like she isn’t making things up, as she’s very outspoken and seems to say what she thinks without much of a filter. Sacha on the other hand, if he did do this, it’s really disappointing. Maybe he was just in character so much that he got over-enthused but still, that doesn’t excuse it.

What do you think?
