He wants them to be named Earl and Countess of Bucklebury
According to the Daily Mail, royal reporter Richard Eden has suggested Princess Catherine’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton should receive royal titles.
This is because he thinks they have been such a massive support system for Princess Catherine while she underwent abdominal surgery, then chemotherapy. Prince William actually went to a pub last weekend with his mother-in-law Carole Middleton, without much fanfare or security. I guess he’s trying to show he’s like the common man, which he isn’t but at least he’s trying to show he’s normal without all the pomp and ceremony.
It’s always a good thing when the son-in-law gets along with his in-laws. And Richard Eden suggests they are staying with him and Catherine, helping out where they can with the grandkids and providing moral support.
He suggests they should be given some form of royal titles to show they are really appreciated. Bucklebury is suggested as it is not far from where the Middletons live.
What do you think? Are they more than deserving? Or do you think not? And why?
